Here at TUL, we regularly work with Interior Designers and Joinery Companies on projects such as Headboard and bed builds, to made to measure banquette seating.

Working as an upholsterer alongside interior designers is such an exciting and collaborative experience for us! You're in the business together, bringing creative visions to life by designing and working on furniture pieces, choosing fabrics, and ensuring that the design concepts come together seamlessly.
Collaborating with interior designers involves good communication all round and a clear understanding of the design’s aesthetic preferences. Using my expertise in materials, fabrics, and furniture restoration together we will be invaluable in executing your ideas.
Being adaptable and having a keen eye for detail are essential. Sometimes, we may need to suggest alternative fabrics or techniques that could enhance the design or better suit the functionality of a piece. This collaboration often leads to innovative solutions and stunning outcomes.

BESPOKE JOINERS
Upholsterers and bespoke joinery companies both specialise in craft-person-ship, albeit in different areas. It goes without saying that you crafty joiners focus on creating custom-made furniture and woodwork, whilst we upholsterers work with fabrics and foams etc to create or restore furniture.
Combining these skills have led to some incredible results! Imagine custom-made furniture with beautifully crafted woodwork and meticulously upholstered cushions or seats. The blend of fine woodworking and expert upholstery can create unique, high-quality pieces that marry aesthetics with comfort.
